"I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in December 2014 at the age of 28.
People with MS can have a hotter core temperature than people without MS, and due to nerve damage of the myelin sheath and/or lesion location, regulating temperature can be difficult or not possible, which means once overheated, it is very difficult to cool down.
The use of neck coolers has had an extensive positive effect on my heat intolerance, and has broadened my options during summer, exercise (even during winter), and performing. "
This was good, really did chill my neck during a child’s play I had to sit through in 33° heat!

What a difference getting through outdoor chores with this cool idea! I no longer dread yard work in the heat and humidity!

This works great and goes around my small neck. I have it on the tightest, so would fit a big neck too. I just pull it out of the freezer, Velcro around my neck, and off I go. Then put the whole thing back in the freezer when I get back.
